INTERNAL COMPLAIN COMMITTEE (ICC)

The POSH Act, 2013, and the University Grants Commission (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions) Act, 2015, mandate the formation of an Internal Committee (IC) or Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). Every college is required to issue a written order regarding the formation of this committee. The primary purpose behind forming the committee is to address any discriminatory behavior or harassment reported by any member of the college (teaching, non-teaching staff, or students) and provide necessary corrective actions. The committee includes the following members:

पीओएसएच अधिनियम, 2013 और विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (उच्च शैक्षिक संस्थानों में महिला कर्मचारियों और छात्रों के यौन उत्पीड़न की रोकथाम, निषेध और निवारण) अधिनियम, 2015, एक आंतरिक समिति (आईसी) या आंतरिक शिकायत समिति (आईसीसी) के गठन का आदेश देते हैं। हर कॉलेज में इस समिति के गठन के बारे में लिखित आदेश जारी करना आवश्यक है। समिति के गठन का मुख्य उद्देश्य कॉलेज के किसी भी सदस्य (शिक्षण, गैर-शिक्षण और छात्र) द्वारा दर्ज किए गए भेदभावपूर्ण व्यवहार या उत्पीड़न को संबोधित कर आवश्यक उपचारात्मक कार्रवाई करना है। समिति में निम्नलिखित सदस्य शामिल होते हैं:
